About Me
I am a best-selling author, retired U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, aerospace executive, and leadership strategist who helps organizations build mission-driven teams that thrive under pressure. With 23 years flying the F-15, F-16 and Navy F/A-18, followed by executive leadership in the aerospace and defense industry and small-business entrepreneurship, I bring a rare perspective on leading and following when the stakes are high and every decision matters.
Drawing from decades of military service and corporate leadership, I challenge leaders, teams, and audiences to rethink what it means to lead and build winning teams. I believe leadership is not defined by being a famous name, by rank or by title, but by purpose, influence, and the willingness to serve others.
